Friday April 13,
2007 for a special
visit. The employees
of that division
were presented a
certificate
acknowledging their
tireless dedication
in supporting law
enforcement in
service and
protection of
Nevada’s citizens
and visitors.
The Record’s and
Technology Division
is responsible for
technical support
and computer
services for
criminal justice and
public safety
agencies throughout
the state, serves as
the “filing cabinet”
for Nevada criminal
history records, and
house the Sex
Offender Registry,
the Point of Sale
(Brady) program for
firearms purchases,
the Domestic
Violence Protection
Order Registry, and
Uniform Crime
Reporting.
